canceling or rescheduling.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. 

Please call or text 240-621-2130. If there is no answer, please leave your information on the voice mail and/or text your cancellation as proof of your cancellation contact. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled service.


no shows.

β€œNo-shows” or last minute cancellations are not respectful of our time or other clients who could have scheduled your appointment time. We do understand that things happen beyond our control and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled service.


mobile appointments.

Our mobile tanning service is available within a 15-mile radius of our studio address. Every mile after is $1 per mile + tolls and other related fees incurred.

The flat fee for our mobile tanning service is $200, which can be paid via Venmo (@tanningwithjenny) prior to the appointment in full. The payment is non-refundable.

Please text us at 240-621-2130 to inquire about availability for a mobile appointment on the day you're interested in. We'll do our best to find a time that works for you. Our mobile appointments are subject to availability, so please book in advance to secure your desired date and time.

Although it is a rare occurrence, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. In this case, you will be refunded.

To ensure the best results for your mobile tanning appointment, please make sure that the designated tanning area at your location is clean, free from clutter, and well-ventilated.
